These terms govern purchases from ricksrodeo.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The prints

Each photograph is offered in two sizes, each its own limited edition:

• 16 × 20 inches — edition of 25
• 24 × 36 inches — edition of 15

Both are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm using pigment inkjet. Each print is signed and numbered in pencil by the photographer and accompanied by a hand-signed certificate of authenticity.

Edition numbers are assigned in order of purchase. When an edition is exhausted, that size is permanently closed and will not be reprinted in that size and edition. Closed editions remain visible on this site as a public record.

I retain full copyright in all photographs. Purchasing a print conveys ownership of that physical object and no other rights — no right to reproduce, publish, license, or make derivative works from the image.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change; the price shown at the time you order is the price you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A sale is complete when payment is confirmed and an edition number is assigned to you.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or an edition that closed between your adding it to the cart and completing checkout. In any such case you will be refunded in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Governed by the Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment clears.

Colour and appearance

Screens differ. The photographs shown on this site are colour-managed as carefully as I can manage, but a print on cotton rag paper will not match a backlit display exactly. Matte paper has a softer contrast range than a screen. This is a property of the medium, not a defect, and is not grounds for a return.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs it.
