Privacy

I collect as little as possible, and I do not sell anything about you to anyone.

What I collect

When you buy a print — your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Your payment card is handled entirely by Stripe; it never reaches my systems.

When you subscribe to the newsletter — your email address.

When you write to me — your name, email, and whatever you put in the message.

When you make an account — your email address. Accounts are optional and exist only so you can look up your own orders.

When you visit — aggregate, anonymous page statistics. Nothing that identifies you.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It tells me which pages are read. It does not tell me who read them, and it does not follow you anywhere else.

There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Who else handles your information

I use a small number of services to run this shop. Each receives only what it needs:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email
• Lovable — hosting
• Prodigi — print production and, for some orders, shipping

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it for advertising.

Email

Order and shipping emails are part of the transaction and are sent to every buyer.

The newsletter is opt-in. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and my postal address. You can leave at any time and I will not ask why.

How long I keep things

Order records are kept for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept while they are useful and deleted when they are not.

Your choices

Write to hello@ricksrodeo.com and I will, within a reasonable time:

• tell you what I hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what I am not legally required to keep
• send you a copy of your data

No account or special form required. Just ask.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Data is stored in access-controlled systems. Images and certificates are served through expiring links rather than public URLs. No system is perfect, and I will not pretend otherwise — but I collect little enough that there is not much to lose.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, I will note it here and date it.
